I don't think I can name a government program anywhere near the size
that universal healthcare would have to be, period.

**often poorly (VA, Indian Health care).  Even England has a huge amount of
horror stories.  And many of those places have totally different social
demographics.

**it's fun to poke at the comparison, but there are substantive differences.
