No, Mike I don't. You are the first person I have heard specify a difference. So,I guess they were only saying 100 were in play.
Of course he does see the outcome of over 90 being *possible*:
“At least 100 seats,” Boehner told NPR’s Steve Inskeep, when asked how many House districts are up for grabs. “You think there are 100 seats in the United States that *could change hands?*” Inskeep asked.
“I do,” Boehner responded.
