That is not a stomp. A stomp is lift and smash down with force behind it. He did seem to increase his pressure, though he could have also slipped off her shoulder for all I know. Only he knows. I just watched the video twice... he puts his foot on her shoulder and *stomps* down and his foot actually moves towards her neck as he pushes down. If he had not been stopped, this likely could have been worse.
