I was more stating it sarcastically. I read Mike's response as a defense because he didn't say "While I think what the guy did was wrong-he didn't stomp on her head." It was just a "He didn't..." Bear in mind, there are people out there defending him-so while I didn't expect it from the list, the seeming uncritical comment about not stomping on the girl's head didn't read like much else for me. Mike has clarified, so I apologize for misunderstanding. :)
