I'm sitting this one out. Practical as well as principled reasons for doing so. Practical: I still have a MI drivers license and am really reluctant to give it up. So, I'm not registered in TX. I neglected/didn't feel motivated to get an absentee ballot to vote in MI. Principle: I have no faith in they system and and at least for this election don't feel like acting as if I do. I confess I feel a little guilty as I think I have been conditioned to believe I should vote. I think I'll get over that.
