Sorry but isnt this a sour grapes thing? What difference is there between a person individually selecting r as opposed to making a single for all choice? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Lance McLain Sent: Wednesday, November 03, 2010 10:23 AM To: DADL (off topic) Subject: Re: [DADL-OT] The Tragedy of the Obama Administration In my county, 59k of 131k voters selected straight republican party line ticket. That means that everyone running against the republicans for an elected office, no matter how small has to at a minimum surpass 59k votes. When I'm quite certain that the vast majority of those 59k voters would not have cast a vote for a county judge down at the bottom of the ballot. regards, -Lance > Lance McLain > >> Bruce Geerdes >> On Wed, Nov 3, 2010 at 11:09 AM, Lance McLain <lance-X3DuywwxauBWk0Htik3J/[email protected]> >> wrote: >>> One thing that bothered me about the ballot yesterday is the option to >>> vote a straight party ticket. >> >> Hm, my ballot doesn't have that. > > Here is my ballot: > http://elections.dentoncounty.com/20101102/Sample-Ballots/Pages/ShowSampleBallot .asp?EID=9&PID=0&PNO=131 > > 1st column, 1st vote....straight party.
