My voting strategy last night: elections in MD are a foregone conclusion, so if you DON'T vote 3rd party, you're throwing your vote away ;-) On the positions that had Libertarians, I voted for them. On the ones that didn't, I voted Green. If there were only Dems or Repubs, I voted for neither (I couldn't come up with a good write-in). Yeah, yeah, the governor's race tricked some people into thinking there might actually be a race there. But even then, I don't care enough about either big party to want to enable them to say silly things like "we have a mandate." The last time I enjoyed going to the polls, I went pretty much only so I could vote for Kevin Zeese for Senate; he had the joint nominations of the Greens, Libertarians, and Populist parties.
