Meyer's voice between the first rant and the one where West went after Bush.

Imma let you finish but...

I can see Bush feeling personally abused by a comment like that and
still bothered by it years later more so than other criticisms leveled
against him.  It was worse, I think, because it got so much press
coverage and allowed so many other people to pile on.  The thing I
don't get is why anyone gives Kanye any credibility whatsoever.  The
man is clearly a little bit off in the head.  Good music, sure, but...
off.  Did you see the actual clip where he claims that Bush doesn't
care about black people?  It's just... weird.
