**why?  I mean which is worse, one party dominating  and telling the other party
to roll over and take it from behind, or the other party from refusing to submit
and saying NO?  That's what has been happening for the last 2 years.
Actually, they gave Republicans opportunities to participate in Healthcare, but Republicans wanted to have their whims bowed to.

Listen, I am more than willing to accept the last two years have been a two way street, and to take back accusations that it is all Republican's fault.  But I am not able to buy it was all Democrats either.

 Because there are some Democrats who do not support gay rights and there appear to be no Republicans that do, it cuts into the chances of seeing gay people allowed to freely serve.
**having been military I can say honestly there are legitimate issues about gays in the military that you have no understanding of.  But leave that aside, serving in the military is not a liberty.
