Well, they seem to apply it inconsistently. So "deserves" might not be fair...but yeah, that's the rule, and their right to enforce it.

I agree, it is a dumb rule. It's brought out defenders from the left AND right who think it is ridiculous that he was suspended.

Earlier this year Mr. Hannity made a $2,400 contribution to a Republican congressionalcandidate, John Gomez, a long-time friend of his, and a $5,000 contribution tothe political action committee of Representative Michele Bachmann, Republicanof Minnesota.
Whether talking heads make donations or not this should not be an issue.
