That does raise some intriguing questions.

I thought this morning about this.  We are all for ensuring a prisoner is a love
a long time to ensure god's grace has a chance.  God seems to allow people to
die with no warning, which is really troubling to me.  Essentially are you
claiming to take a higher moral position than God himself?

I am not making any real point, and please do not consider this an accusation,
but I do find it an interesting problem, one I cannot reconcile...and one that
has always bothered me.

Are you saying that God's grace is still offered after we die? Or that
God sometimes withdraws his grace from someone before they die?

If the former, the standard Christian answer to that is Hebrews 9:27,
"It is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment".
