Of course not.  But then, the Democrats are looking at options to balance out
spending.  Cut spending, lower taxes for everyone-including the super rich?  Not
the most effective.  It would have a far bigger impact on the deficit to adjust
spending and let the Bush tax cuts for the rich expire.  Far more than the
Republican's suggestion to cut entitlements.
