Re: Death penalty

I would *not* expect this to be a possibility. It's not the cops' job
to shoot people, it's their job to apprehend them. I realize there's
more that could be said about this, but I'm going to end my response
here, as it's tangiential to the topic at hand, and I don't want to
get too far off track.
