Of course, TS2 *also* seems to establish that Woody has no memory of his
previous owners, hence he has no idea what will become of him once Andy
grows up.  This is problematic, if you look at it too closely, but I can
suspend my disbelief for the sake of the larger points that TS2 makes.

The problem with TS3 is that it *makes* us look closer at some of these
questions.
