Oh, but that's so much less romantic that the cowboy mentality we like
to espouse in America, where the godly Christian he-man brandishes his
weapon and blows the baddie's head off.

Read the lives of the saints, where so many of them went willing to
their deaths. What was with that, trusting God?

Yes, unfortunately I fail so many of my other ideals. Who knows.
