It was a really interesting interview (and apparently filmed the same day as last night's Daily Show, as Stewart was apparently very ill). But I think in fairness to Maddow, while there were moments that she was on the defense, she was very fair in her interview. Stewart has praised her before, and even with the "tea Bagger" thing, Stewart didn't fault Maddow and others for being amused-but rather continuing to use it for months beyond that one day initial "amusement" factor.
But it was noce to watch an amiacable disagreement on TV.
