But even Stewart conceded there is a difference between the two. Stewart has noted that Fox is really unique-especially in how they create a meme that will start with, say O'Reilly or Hannity and by the next day is repeated so heavily that it part of the "regular news" on Fox. Chris Wallace conceded that much as well.
