Oh, so you like racists? (yes, I know you are using an example) Seriously that is your defense? How is calling a person a racist a good thing? Unless of course they are proud of their racism I suppose. But you (in your example) are calling out that trait and I cannot for the life of me agree you might do so in a positive fashion. And again, you are drifting from the context. We are saying that if we choose to say something we object to people not involved getting butthurt and demanding an apology. My intent is what matters, not your offense. Why are you assuming my intent was bad? It's just a word, it has no real meaning. Why be offended? We are soft and weak, with no spine or skin. I am tired of people getting upset about being called racists and homophobes. They still get all huffy about it though. Racists and homophobes are just to thin skinned I guess. ;) Thom <http://thomwade.wordpress.com/> http://thomwade.wordpress.com/ <http://www.cafepress.com/Thomwade> http://www.cafepress.com/Thomwade <http://www.in-one-ear.com/> http://www.in-one-ear.com _______________________________________ "I want a song to learn and sing, of a life requited."-Echo & the Bunnymen -- dadl-ot mailing list <http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us> http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us <http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot> http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot
