GPS is different radio bands but they are very narrow and low power. I'd be surprised if the cell jammers didn't hurt GPS -- considering GPS is so week you can't get a fix indoors. Most cell phones use assisted GPS, where they get a rough location from the cell towers to help them know what satellites to listen for.
