On certain issues of Government intrusion, I think this is dead on (there seem to be some areas where certain *segments* -not all, and possibly only a minor segment- of the Tea Party movement support government intrusion).
Although, if we are going to punish TSA agents for groping (considering I doubt very much they LIKE this, it really is not the same) then to be fair, we ought to penalize government agents who waterboarded people.
