I wouldn't say they have no recourse, it depends on the state laws.

 

And the pro choice bit:  considering there have been undercover stings where
pro choice staff have been aggressively recommending abortions and even
advising how to get them unlawfully, I would say it is not that simple.

 

I think there intent was to point out how we dehumanize life by making this
about a choice and procedure, not a life.

The Facebook Defriending part seemed odd.  But people have been fired for
less, with no recourse. 

The real odd part is...what are they trying to prove?  This is the exact
opposite of the pro-choice stance-where the woman controls her situation.
So far, most pro-choice have looked at this and felt like it was the
"Pro-life" stance-other people decide for the woman.
