I wouldn't say they have no recourse, it depends on the state laws. And the pro choice bit: considering there have been undercover stings where pro choice staff have been aggressively recommending abortions and even advising how to get them unlawfully, I would say it is not that simple. I think there intent was to point out how we dehumanize life by making this about a choice and procedure, not a life. But people have been fired for less, with no recourse. The real odd part is...what are they trying to prove? This is the exact opposite of the pro-choice stance-where the woman controls her situation. So far, most pro-choice have looked at this and felt like it was the "Pro-life" stance-other people decide for the woman.
