And that is really one of the critical elements.  Airlines are a private
enterprise, not a government agency.  But the Government has a stronghold on the
airline's ability to operate.

I get your point. But the flip side of it is the government has no
right to prevent us from getting on a plane that would otherwise be
available to us.
