Still they included US citizens and took their property away.  FWIW, I have 
far more problem with the internment than dropping the bomb.

Do you mean the radiation from the x ray machine?  I get the feeling that 
those concerns are being castigated as junk science, and I just don't enough 
about the danger/safety of those imaging machines.  I suspect, though, that 
SCOTUS would tow the govt. line on that issue unless there was some pretty 
serious and incontrovertible evidence of their danger.

Or the health concerns for the TSA workers when some parent has had enough 
of them groping their child and decks one of them.  I know it is tough talk 
and it will never happen to me since my kids are older, but I'd like to 
think I would get VERY confrontational if they pulled that stuff with a kid 
of mine.  Again I know that is easy to say but good grief.
