I pay $40 per month for 20Gb and if I go over either my speed is downgraded to dialup, or I can purchase extra. There have been a few attempts at getting all you can eat plans, but they get "abused" (i.e. I pay my $60 and use 80 to 100 Gb per month) and then after about a year they get cancelled.
