Sure.  That is also a market force.

But if this article is right (I am not saying it will be) then all companies
will offer nothing but, and at that point they have us by the short ones.

I dunno, I liked it when AT&T offered a lower-priced data plan for those of us
that don't need "unlimited" data. Saved me $15/month.
