Well, if the matches are such and important issue to you that you'd  
severely punish your daughter even on false charges for playing with  
them, then yes, you didn't secure the matches well enough.  But I feel  
we are just playing semantic games.  Would you like me to change the  
word "allow"?  How about "failed" or "fault" or something...better?
