Yea, I think it is very telling.

To many like me, Obama has always been underqualified.  But when we brought that
up we werepoo-poohed at best and accused of being racists and what not at the
worst.

We saw him as arrogant and cocky in his first two years.  "I won" comes to mind.

Now we see him facing tough criticism and his inexperience is suddenly showing,
and he is running away leaving Clinton to weather the storm.

Johne is right, I think it is not a huge deal, but to many of us who saw him as
a narcissistic empty shirt, it is kind of affirming.

Elections have consequences.

Does the president personally introduce his spokespeople and then say "I'm
taking off" -- and does he claim, in doing so, that he doesn't want his wife to
be mad at him?  (Okay, Clinton made the "mad" comment, not Obama.
But still.  "I'm keeping the First Lady waiting..."?)
