So today Johne asked me how the duplicate Christmas-sweater affair turned out, and it made me realize I never finished that story. As it turned out, Patience *hadn't* purchased the sweater in question for herself. She *wanted* to purchase it while it was on sale, but feared I may have already done so -- so she was trying to flush me out. Devious woman!
