Anybody surprised...

...that news of BoA settling with FannieMay/May hit this morning and their stock went up?

I suspect Assange of overselling whatever he has but I do hope he has some damaging/embarrassing stuff.  I know for a fact that BoA blew off legal requirements when foreclosing on my home – no notice, no redemption period notice, and changing locks before the property was legally theirs to name a few.  I didn’t care much since we had moved away and the house was vacant, although in hindsight I wish I had broken into my own home on principle.
