I don't think the texts, sacred or otherwise, have anything to do with it . The whackhhjobs and/or evil motherfuckers who commit the acts are the dangerous. I'm with Penn Jillette: "Fuck Civility. Hyperbole, passion, and metaphor are beautiful parts of rhetoric. Marketplace of ideas can not be toned down for the insane." I'd add the evil to it as well.
