My point is that she said that *in effect* by continuing to use loaded 
rhetoric at a time when her rhetoric is coming under closer scrutiny.

Yes, but not in a way that self-incriminates.  When the accusation is that 
she uses loaded rhetoric, it would be helpful to her cause if her reply 
did not contain any loaded rhetoric.
