Yes, this. I ranted on Tuesday that those seeking to accuse Palin of culpability were politicizing tragedy. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=app_2915120374#!/notes/johne-cook/rant-politicizing-tragedy/481733972422 And then she comes out on Wednesday and wipes out any sympathy I had for her by further politicizing tragedy to further her own agenda. On Wednesday, I posted two links, one praising Jon Stewart for getting it right, and another criticizing Palin for getting it wrong: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=app_2915120374#!/johne.cook/posts/121044487966313 http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=app_2915120374#!/johne.cook/posts/172638996110889 It seemed to me as if she (or her handlers) had bought into the 'never waste a tragedy' thing. I know some on the Right are framing her as the second coming of Ronald Reagan, but this incident has indicated to me she's nothing of the sort.
