2010 worst year for home sales since 1997

Hmmmm.  When I see a story like this, my first thought is, "Hey, guess we 
were lucky we could sell that apartment last spring, then."  And then I 
remember that this story refers to the U.S. and not to Canada.  There are 
significant differences between the two, home-sale-wise, no?
