Well, bin Laden did cite the American presence in Saudi Arabia as a casus 
belli.  And while the American government continues to be friendly to the 
Sauds -- and to even bow down to them, literally, as Obama did -- Steyn 
has always taken an anti-Saudi stance (the anti-Saudi thing was, in fact, 
one of the things he *liked* about Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11).
