I’m guessing there is a bit more to the story than we are being told.  Its even possible that he had an outstanding warrant for not paying traffic/parking tickets – that isn’t a crime, even if it can get you taken into custody.

Right, cuz crazy people and cell phones are soooo dangerous.  They said no crime had been committed and no weapon found. 

 

If he was holding a cell phone to his head, that is hardly suicidal…

Might've been mentally ill. The police may not volunteer that information.
