Ah, well, then it's comparable to the famine suffered in the Ukraine under 
Stalin's rule.  We're not talking about Irish who are starving while the 
Irish are also smuggling their food out of the country.

But it also means that the Palestinians (or their authorities) are doing 
this to *themselves*, and that Israel is not responsible.  Assuming, of 
course, that food shortages of some sort *are* occurring here.
