Result of the biopsy finally came back, and mom and dad had a sit-down with the doctors today. The diagnosis in "noncurative adenocarcinoma," identified in various locations throughout his body, though no point of origin has yet been identified. It's difficult to get a straight prognosis from mom and dad due to the interference of their faith*, but it's clear that the outlook is not good. Treatment will be radiation and "aggressive chemotherapy," whatever that is.
