Pretty much, yeah.  I mean, if it had been as imperceptible with their 
crotches as it was with her bust, sure.

And by "imperceptible", I don't mean when you see the before-and-after 
pictures side-by-side; obviously, you *can* perceive the difference when 
you're comparing them like that.  I just mean that Watson's "enhanced" 
chest didn't particularly draw any attention to itself -- though of 
course, it may have had subtler effects.
