Last I heard, I think she was suing for independence from her whackazoid 
mother -- the latter of whom went public with all her gripes about her 
daughter via her Twitter account.  (Kind of like how Billy Ray is going 
public with his concerns about his daughter?  Or kind of like how Lindsay 
Lohan's dad keeps trying to reach out to her through the press?)
