Finally got around to reading this... makes you wonder if there's a person with the knowledge & authority who is actually honest enough to take action -- right now I'm going to say there isn't. Plus, if the statue of limitations for these crimes is the same 5 years as insider trading then they're over halfway to not being able to be charged at all.
