Well considering they are making a new Buffy movie without him, I remain

The assumption is that once Firefly is free of Universal / Fox, and once
Joss is done with The Avengers, he would be delighted to return to Firefly.
I presume Nathan has confidence that he could work something out if Firefly
were freed from its current owners.
