Isn't the second point more a testament to the fact that much of what they
did, while unethical, was actually legal?

2 items I found noteworthy on the Oscars:

First, the HSX (Hollywood Stock Exchange) which sells derivatives to bet on
the Oscars was 8 for 8 on the award picks.  Got every single one right.

Second, Charles Ferguson's acceptance speech for "Inside Job" was noteworthy
as he started his speech off by pointing out that it has been 3 years since
the collapse and not a single Financial CEO or Executive has been put in
jail.
