While I appreciate the lack of sensational "We could wake up to a mushroom cloud" rhetoric from the President, I am troubled by some of the things they are talking about doing here. I feel like we have seen this before:
Giving rebels we have little or no knowledge of weapons to take down a dictator we don't like?
Afghanistan in the 1980s. That worked out soooooo well.
