Oh, Bush's basic *objective* was clear: regime change and a democratic 
Iraq.  He might not have had the clearest idea of how to get from here to 
there, but he was very clear about what he wanted.

Well, no, Obama hasn't been *that* clear.  I mean, if I'm not mistaken, 
he's even refused to say that "we" should take the guy out.
