Have any of you seen Life on Mars? ABC series, (which I later learned was based on a BBC series), that only lasted one season. Harvey Keitel is perfectly cast in it. We are watching it on Netflix and enjoying it quite a bit. But to the tangent - on an early episode there is a reference to Soylent green and the main character gives away the ending, (although to my disappointment he didn't use the "Soylent Green IS PEOPLE" line), of that movie, thus ruining it for those that hadn't seen in in 1973. And did any of you watch Torchwood? We've given it two episodes and were pretty much "meh?" Fun concept, lousy execution from what I've seen. BTW I think I've given up on BSG. The boxing episode of season 3, (or 3.5?), was beyond stupid and seems to have turned it into a soap opera and and a lousy one at that. Its definitely on hiatus for us now. It will probably be a race between us feeling like giving it another chance and Netflix taking it out of rotation.
