Yes, to all points. I think there was an honest belief at the time of the Iraq war. Did we find out a lot of our information was false (including information Saddam wanted us to believe)? Yes. That does not change what we believed at the time. And I have still not seen any proof that anyone deliberate introduced false info..except Joe Wilson. In the Libya case we have nothing comparable.
