Bill Maher has been criticizing this as a bi-partison problem. On real time, they have presented a plate with a heaping portion of steak, potatoes and I think corn and a sprig of parsley. He complains that Republicans and Democrats are only willing to go after the sprig of parsley. Both sides want to make big cutes-just not to the big sections.
