Hey, how come the Democrats get to talk about "death traps" when people 
like Sarah Palin aren't allowed to talk about "death panels"?

As it happens I was in Blaine again on Wednesday, and I think I paid $4.05 
per gallon at the gas station closest to the parcel-pick-up place.  I know 
I passed another station on the way there that was selling gas for $4.13 
per gallon or something like that (not sure about the last digit), and 
they had a sign outside saying that their price translated to $1.13 per 
litre in Canadian funds.  As it happens, gas here in Surrey, BC is 
currently stuck at $1.35 per litre -- so I'd say I saved at least a 
quarter per litre.  (And I think, on the way back to the border, I passed 
*another* station advertising $3.90-something per gallon...)
