You can "do" something about anything. The question is whether it is worth doing. I'd say that the numbers demonstrate that we are not getting anything close to our money's worth. When that is the scenario I think it is much better to stop what you are doing and determine what might be more effective than to keep doing the same thing and mystically hope it gets better.
