I've been going through storage at my mom and dad's place over the
last week, and was devastated to find a can of "pork brains in milk
gravy," autographed by Tim Chandler, that had somehow exploded after
sitting in storage for 10+ years.

During a DA/Eddies concert at Cornerstone, someone threw the pork
brains at the stage and nearly hit Tim. He picked up the can and
tossed it to me in the front row. After the show I had it signed, and
had long prided myself on having what was likely the only autographed
can of pork brains in milk gravy in the world.

Eh, more or less.

At the time, her mom (her only family) had moved from Omaha to
Florida, and Patience was living with her boyfriend at his parents'
house. He proposed, she said no, he told her to get out.

She had no money, no family, and no friends who were willing/able to
take her in, so she eventually "came around" to agreeing.

On her wedding day she locked herself in the bedroom for a few hours,
crying, and called her mom to say she didn't want to get married. Her
mom, unfortunately, was a drug-addicted stripper at the time (since
recovered), and had no help to offer. So, she got married, and
(surprise!) it didn't really work from day one.

The wedding was apparently a slapdash affair with a JP in her
boyfriend's back yard, no reception, and no honeymoon, so she really,
really wants to have the whole "wedding experience." It is much to my
wallet's regret, but I'd like to give her a "special day."
